General

Where can I find my order number?

Your order number is listed in the order confirmation you received by email when you placed your order. If you have already received your package, the order number is also printed on the shipping label.

If you no longer have access to your order confirmation, or if you have deleted it, you can always contact our customer service. In order for us to locate your order, please provide:

  • Your full name
  • Your phone number
  • Approximate time of purchase

We’ll then be able to assist you quickly.

Where can I find a size guide?

We know it can be difficult to choose the right size online. That’s why we provide a size guide for most of our products. You can find the size guide just below the "add to cart" button.

The guide is indicative and can help you compare measurements with your own clothes or your body measurements. As a rule of thumb, we recommend choosing your usual size unless otherwise stated in the product description.

If you’re still unsure about size or fit, you’re always welcome to contact our customer service – we’ll be happy to guide you to the right choice.

How do I subscribe or unsubscribe from the newsletter?

You can subscribe to our newsletter via the link at the bottom of the page by simply entering your email address. When you sign up, you’ll receive a 10% discount code, valid on full-price items. Please note that the code cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.

If you wish to unsubscribe from the newsletter, you can easily do so by clicking the Unsubscribe link, which you’ll find at the bottom of all our emails.

Orders

How do I place an order at 2trendy?

To place an order, you need to:

  • Select the items you want and add them to your cart.
  • Go to your cart and check that everything is correct.
  • Click Proceed to checkout.
  • Enter your details (name, address, email, phone number).
  • Choose a shipping method.
  • Choose a payment method and complete the payment.
Can I change or cancel my order?

If you notice a mistake in your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. As long as the order hasn’t been packed or shipped, we can often help with changes or cancellation.

I haven’t received an order confirmation – what should I do?

First, check your spam/junk mail folder. If it’s not there, please contact customer service so we can check whether your order has been processed correctly.

Payment

Which payment methods are available?

At 2trendy, you can pay safely and easily using several payment methods.
We offer the following options:

  • Card payment: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and more
  • Klarna (pay later)
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

All payments are processed securely through encrypted connections to keep your information protected.

When will the money be withdrawn from my account?

We will only charge the amount once your order has been packed and shipped from our warehouse. When you complete the payment on our website, the amount will only be reserved on your account.

This means you will never pay for items before they are on their way to you. If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved immediately.

Shipping and delivery

How long is the delivery time?

We ship all orders quickly from our warehouse, so you can expect short delivery times:

  • Denmark: 1-2 business days
  • Sweden: 1-3 business days
  • Norway: 2-6 business days
  • Netherlands: 2-4 business days
  • Germany: 2-4 business days
  • France: 2-4 business days
  • Belgium: 2-4 business days
  • Poland: 2-4 business days
  • Austria: 3-5 business days

All delivery times are indicative, and during busy periods such as sales and holidays, delivery may take a little longer.

How do I track my package?

Once your order has been packed and shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace number. With this number, you can track your package through the chosen shipping provider all the way until it is delivered.

If you haven’t received a tracking email, first check your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there, you can always contact our customer service – we’ll help you find the tracking details.

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

If you notice a mistake in the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. As long as your order hasn’t been packed yet, we can update the address.

Once the order has been packed and shipped, unfortunately it is no longer possible to change the address. In that case, the package will either be delivered to the original address or – if it cannot be delivered – returned to us.

Returns and refunds

How do I return an item?

If you wish to return an item, you need to create a return case via our return portal: https://app.peakwms.com/portal/2trendycom 

Once your return has been created, you will receive a QR code (in Denmark) or a return label (abroad), which you can use with the specified carrier.

  • In Denmark: Simply show the QR code at the parcel shop – they will print the label for you.
  • Abroad: You need to print and attach the return label to the package yourself.

Remember to pack the items securely and preferably include your order number, so we can easily match your return with your order. The order number also appears on the QR code/return label.

Once we have received and processed your return package, we will refund the amount to the payment card or payment method you used for the purchase – minus the return fee.

What is the return deadline?

You have a 14-day return right from the day you receive your package.

This means you must create your return case and send the item back within 14 days. The item must be returned in the same condition as you received it – unused and with all tags intact.

How much does a return cost?

When you return an item to us, a return fee will be charged depending on which country you are sending from:

Denmark: 39 kr.

Sweden: 59 kr.

Norway: 100 kr.

Germany, The Netherlands, France, Austria, Belgium: 3,95 €

Poland: 29 zł

The return fee is automatically deducted from your refund once we have processed your return package.

Can I exchange for another size?

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges in our system. If you would like a different size, you need to return the item and then place a new order for the desired size.

If the item was purchased on sale or as part of a bundle deal, you can contact our customer service, and we’ll help you get the item at the same price again.

Can I exchange for another color?

It is not possible to directly exchange for another color in our system. If you want a different color, you need to return the item and then place a new order for the new color.

If you purchased the item on sale or as part of a bundle deal, you can contact our customer service – they’ll make sure you can buy the item at the same price again.

When will I get my refund?

Once we have received and processed your return package, we will issue your refund as quickly as possible.

As a rule, the refund is made within 3-5 business days after we have registered your return. The amount is always refunded to the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Please note that it may take a little extra time before the money is visible in your account – this depends on your bank or payment provider.

Can I create multiple return cases for the same order?

Yes, you can create multiple return cases for the same order if, for example, you want to return different items at different times. Please note, however, that a return fee will be charged for each return case.

Can I return multiple orders in one package?

Yes, absolutely. If you want to return items from several orders in one package, please remember to include the order number for each order in the return package. This way, we can quickly match the items with the correct orders and process your refund correctly.

Claims and warranty

How do I submit a claim?

If you have received an item with a defect or damage, you can submit a claim via our return portal: https://app.peakwms.com/portal/2trendycom

When creating the claim, please describe the issue and preferably attach pictures so we can assess the case quickly.

We aim to process claims as soon as possible and will get back to you as soon as we have reviewed your case.

Note: For claims, the return fee is of course not deducted.

How long is the warranty period for claims?

With us, you have a 2-year warranty right in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

This means that you can submit a claim for defects or faults that appear within 2 years after receiving the item. The claim must be submitted within a reasonable time after you have discovered the issue – we recommend contacting us as soon as possible.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults but does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.
