Placing an order:
Order your products on our website.
All prices listed on the website include VAT. Prices for non-EU countries are calculated without VAT. Customers outside the EU are responsible for paying VAT, customs duties, and any additional fees upon receiving their purchase..
When placing an order using our website it is possible to place your order in Danish or English.
Once a contract has been established, we store the agreement (as an email or a document) and it will be available for your review.
Please note that not all products include a Danish manual. We will, however, provide a Danish manual when possible.
Payment:
When using a debit card on 2trendy.com, you are protected against misuse as you can reject a payment upon receiving your statement.
All data sent when placing a debit card order is encrypted (SSL), ensuring that only Nets can access the information.
The purchase amount will not be deducted from your account until the package has been shipped. We will never deduct a larger amount than what you have authorized.

Delivery:
2trendy.com guarantees same-day shipping for orders placed on weekdays before 4 pm. We primarily use DHL, which typically offers a delivery time of 2 to 4 working days. Once your package has been shipped, you can track it at the carries tracking page.
- Delivery times may be prolonged during periods of high volume (e.g., Black Friday).
Returns:
You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, or by refusing acceptance of the package upon delivery. The purchase price will be refunded to your debit card.
After you have notified us that you wish to cancel (or withdraw from) your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us. We must receive notification of your return at support@2trendy.eu or via our online return system.
You must pay for the return of the package yourself, and you are liable if damage occurs during transport. However, we offer the option of using a low-cost shipping label through our return system. If you use our shipping label, your package is insured.
Your right to withdraw is void if you use the items in a way that significantly diminishes their value and prevents us from reselling them.
Returns of purchases made with a gift certificate will be refunded as a new discount code equal to the original certificate's value, not in cash.
If a free gift was included in your order and you return all paid items but keep the gift, 2trendy will charge you the gift's sale price.
If a package is returned to us but the contents do not constitute a valid return (i.e., the return is rejected), the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for the package to be sent back to them.
As a consumer shopping with us, the Danish Sale of Goods Act applies to your purchase.
This means you have a 24-month right to claim (warranty). Please contact us before sending the item at support@2trendy.eu
If your claim is justified, you are entitled to either have the item repaired, exchanged, a refund, or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.
The risk for goods purchased from 2trendy.com passes to you, the consumer, at the time of delivery. Claims regarding any faults or defects in the delivery from 2trendy.com must be raised within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. If you file a claim within two months after the defect is discovered, the claim will always be considered timely. It is your duty to specify and, upon request, demonstrate how the fault or defect manifests itself. If you discover a defect, you must promptly contact 2trendy.com.
You can generally only complain about defects that become apparent no later than two years after the item was delivered. For items with a limited shelf life, your right to complain is limited by the shelf life period promised by 2trendy.com.
If the claim is justified, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs. The item must always be returned in secure packaging. Remember to get a receipt for the shipment so we can refund your shipping costs, or use our online return system where this process will be handled automatically.
