Blazer and suit trousers use the same number. Choose by chest measurement – a tailor can take in the waist of the trousers.

All measurements in cm. Shoulder width 39–49 cm and inseam 79–83 cm follow the size.

Chest. Measure around the chest at its widest point. If in doubt, go by the chest.

Waist and hip. Measure around the waist where the trousers sit, and around the hip at its widest point.
